Can I use cash for purchases on the night of the event?

Yes, cash, checks, & credit card payments will be accepted with our preference being credit card. You are able to add your credit card to your GiveSmart account prior to the event or it will be required to be added at the door during check-in.

How can I bid on silent auction items at the event?

GiveSmart will allow for online and mobile bidding. You will be able to view items online closer to the event.

Can I make a  donation?

Yes, Click Here to give a donations to the event or a designated gift for the Salt Lake City Hope Lodge program.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, tax-deductible receipt will be provided via email after the event.

How will my donation be used?

Funds raised will be used EXCLUSIVELY in the Hope Lodge-Salt Lake to provide free lodging, programs, and services to cancer patients and their caregivers who must travel away from home for treatment. The Hope Gala is a unique occasion to spend the night raising money for the American Cancer Society that is fighting on all fronts to end cancer as we know it, for everyone..
